The reservation is guaranteed until 9:30 pm. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

In the case of a reservation, the first night will be charged in case of “no-show” or cancellation at the latest 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.

During school vacations (December and February of zones A to C) as well as for any exceptional event, a deposit of 50% of the stay will be requested, which will be cashed within 8 days. 

The reservation requested from the hotel becomes effective if the following two conditions are met :

1. Upon receipt of a written confirmation
2. On receipt of a deposit, i.e. 50% of the balance of the stay, which will be cashed within eight days.

If the above-mentioned deposit is not paid within the specified time, the hotel will be entitled to cancel the reservation option after a reminder.

Any modification or partial or total cancellation must be made in writing by the customer.

The acceptance must also be notified in writing.

In the case of cancellation by the client:

* More than 45 days before arrival, full refund of the deposit

* Between 15 and 45 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded

* Less than 15 days before arrival, no refund

In the event of a partial cancellation, the above amounts will be retained or invoiced in proportion to the number of people cancelled.

Meals: Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged at 100%.

The final list of the group’s names must be sent to the hotel in writing no later than 15 days before the participants’ arrival.

The total payment of the stay must be made at the latest 15 days before the arrival of the participants.

In the absence of payment, the hotel reserves the right to re-let the rooms allocated to the client.

Bank charges are at the customer’s expense.

In case of force majeure (strike, fire…) the hotel will do its best to relocate the clients in an establishment of the same category, while releasing its responsibility.

In the case of a total displacement depending on the will of the hotel, the reception of the customers will be done in an establishment of the same category.

Special conditions apply to sports groups, supporters or students. A deposit of 15 € per person will be required upon arrival of the group, by the hotel, from the accompanying person.

At the latest 30 days after the departure of the group. After this period, no claim can be taken into account.

For any dispute which could arise from the interpretation or the execution of the present conditions, the dispute will be subjected to the Commercial court of Gap.
